ABOUT
Sandy Acre is a spacious 3 bedroom holiday bungalow located in easy walking distance from Blue Flag award-winning sandy beaches. Suitable for young and old alike who enjoy a traditional British seaside get-away.
The bungalow consists of a master double bedroom with en-suite toilet and basin, a second double bedroom and a third bedroom with bunk beds along with a single bed. All bedding is provided.
There is a large lounge diner with beautiful Oak beamed vaulted ceilings.
Bi-folding doors lead you straight into the south facing garden and patio. The lounge consists of a comfortable sofa area with a smart TV. The dining area includes a dining table to seat 8.
Our modern kitchen is fully equipped with oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and all utensils, pots and pans. The separate utility room houses the washing machine, ironing board and iron, along with a Belfast sink.
There is a large family bathroom consisting of a bath with combined overhead shower, toilet and basin.
The large, sunny, fully enclosed rear garden has a large patio along with a lovely lawned area. There is a gas BBQ and outdoor furniture to enjoy those summer evenings. Fully secure and suitable for pets and children to enjoy.

Our second double bedroom, is perfect for couples, or families wanting to holiday together.
Our bunk room sleeps 3, with a single bed alongside a set of bunk beds.
Our lounge diner has a smart TV and ample seating for relaxing. We also have a large dining table to seat 8.
Our kitchen is equipped with everything you would expect to find at home. With French doors leading directly to our large spacious garden, oh and there's even a dishwasher!
Our large family bathroom features and over bath shower along with a WC and Basin.

The Beach
Sandy Acre Holiday Bungalow is located 200m from quiet, dog friendly, blue flag sandy beaches. Together with miles of bike friendly promenade providing easy access to nearby seaside towns. The beach at Sutton on Sea stretches for miles in each direction so there is plenty of space for long walks as well as playing in the soft golden sand.
Sutton on Sea
In Sutton on Sea you will find a good range of independent shops, including a bakery, butchers and a fish and chips takeaway. There is also a play park and splash pool for the little ones all within easy walking distance of Sandy Acre Holiday Bungalow.
The Beach Bar
The Beach Bar is within easy walking distance of Sandy Acre Holiday Bungalow (approx. 15mins). Located right on the promenade at Sutton on Sea, serving home-cooked meals and deserts along with a great selection of drinks. It’s an ideal place for the whole family and is even dog friendly, great for a meal or just an evening drink after a short stroll along the prom.
Donna Nook Nature Reserve
Donna Nook covers more than 10km of coastline between Grainthorpe Haven in the north and Saltfleet in the south where it borders the Saltfleetby-Theddlethorpe National Nature Reserve. Grey seals come to the Donna Nook coastline to give birth to their pups near the sand dunes; a wildlife spectacle which attracts visitors from across the UK.
Radcliffe Donkey Sanctuary
A lovely place to visit for young and old alike. You can see how happy the rescued donkeys are! You can buy buckets of carrots for 50p each and walk around the fields to feed them. There is a café for snacks with hot and cold drinks and toilet facilities. Ample parking and dog friendly and only a 5-minute drive from Sandy Acre Holiday Bungalow.
The money from the buckets and donations pots go towards the upkeep and care for the donkeys.
Mablethorpe
A traditional British seaside town, with a vast array of arcades and ice cream shops. There is a permanent funfair located at the beach front, along with a sand train and donkey rides. Mablethorpe is the largest shopping centre for a 15-mile radius catering for holiday makers and residents alike. There is two large supermarkets and a number of privately run shops alongside a few familiar ‘High Street Names’.
